Gregg Larson Gregg Larson, President and CEO, has 22 years of experience in the MLS and real estate information industries, including sales, market research, new product design, market development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, MLS regionalization, MLS system and vendor selection, and internet consulting. Larson has worked for organizations such as Multi-List/McGraw-Hill, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), DATOR, Moore Data Management, Homebid.com, and Homestore. During his tenure at Moore, Larson led new MLS product development and created CyberHomes, the first real estate advertising internet site to be updated daily from MLS systems. In 1996, he co-founded Clareity Consulting, an internationally recognized real estate information and internet consulting firm. He has consulted for many of the nation’s largest online companies including AOL, MSN, MapQuest, Classified Ventures/Tribune Companies and Realtor.com on real estate strategy and content acquisition. Larson has also provided technology, new product, organizational and strategic consulting to many of the nation’s largest brokerages, franchisers, title companies, lenders, information providers, regional MLSs, and MLS vendors. Larson is also an experienced public speaker, with numerous professional speaking engagements before real estate audiences worldwide. He also created Clareity’s annual MLS Executive Workshops held in Scottsdale each year, and recently produced a 5th consecutive sold-out MLS Executive Workshop in March 2006. Larson is highly respected throughout the real estate industry for his leadership, vision creativity, product design, marketing skills, and technology and internet strategies. Larson graduated from the University of Denver and went to business school at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Larson also serves as President and CEO of Clareity Consulting.

Paul Hethmon, Chief Software Architect, brings thirteen years of software development experience, including the most recent eight years in the real estate industry. Prior to Clareity Security, Hethmon worked at MarketLinx Solutions as a senior developer and project manager, helping grow the company from one client with 5000 users to over 20 clients and 200,000 users. He has an extensive background in internet standards including chairing the IETF FTPEXT working group and co-authoring RFC's updating the FTP standard. Hethmon has authored one book, Illustrated Guide to HTTP (Manning Press, 1997). He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Amy Geddes, Chief Operating Officer, brings to Clareity over ten years of management experience, including seven years of experience in the real estate industry as the Director and chief staff executive of Intermountain Multiple Listing Service in Boise, ID. Geddes was responsible for driving a regionalization initiative during her tenure which grew the MLS from 1700 to 3500 members . She has extensive experience in the MLS and association leadership models and has managed numerous system conversions including planning, implementation, training and support. Previously, Geddes was the Accounting and Information Systems Director for a large behavioral health company and provided financial and business consulting services to other small behavioral health organizations throughout Oregon. Geddes attended Eastern Oregon University and has a degree in e-business.

Kevin Hughes, Principal, brings a diverse background in real estate product technology and sales to Clareity Security. Hughes has over ten years of sales experience, including seven years in the real estate information industry. He is an experienced speaker with numerous professional speaking engagements at national and regional industry events. Hughes co-developed accredited real estate training courses in subjects ranging from real estate sales models to telephony and environmental hazards. Before joining Clareity, he served as the Vice President of Product Design and Management, and later as Director of Sales with Fidelity National Information Solutions. There he developed, implemented and coordinated the market strategy for Paragon MLS v3.0, FNIS’s flagship MLS platform. Hughes was also instrumental in creating the companion product strategies such as Paragon Desktop, IDX and RETS. Hughes served in the US Navy, and attended Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.

Troy Rech, Vice President of Sales, brings eleven years of management consulting experience plus eight years of direct real estate industry experience to Clareity. Prior to joining Clareity, Rech served as a Senior Regional Manager for FNIS where he was responsible for sales and account management, business development and client retention in the southeast. Previously, Rech was a management consultant with A.T. Kearney, where he was responsible for delivering client projects for strategic planning, business operations improvement, technology integration, and strategic sourcing. In his role with A.T. Kearney, Rech worked with Fortune 500 clients such as GM, Waste Management, Kimberly Clark, Sunrise Medical and others. Rech holds a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
