Donald J. Gleason, President has over twenty five years of experience in the U.S. Financial Services industry and more than fourteen years of expertise with security of Online Banking applications. Prior to joining Clareity, Mr. Gleason was the President of PHXsystems, a provider of Internet security solutions for protecting home networks. Prior to starting PHXsystems, Mr. Gleason was Chairman and CEO of TranSend International and also Touch Technology International, Inc. (TTI), both leading-edge companies developing and delivering solutions for secure online banking and purchasing. Before assuming his responsibilities at TTI, Mr. Gleason was President of MAC, the largest Electronic Funds Transfer Network in the United States. Under his leadership, MAC posted historic gains in revenues and margins, leading to their purchase for $1 billion in 1997. Prior to MAC, Mr. Gleason was President of the CashStream network for Mellon Bank, and Vice President at the Arizona Bank. Mr. Gleason holds a BA degree from Villanova University in Philadelphia. |

Terry L. Davis, Chief Security Officer has extensive experience in developing information security and transaction security technologies and leading engineering teams. He holds seven U.S. patents on secure transaction processing. Before joining Clareity, Mr. Davis was the Chief Technology Officer of PHXsystems where he led development of Internet security appliances. Prior to starting PHXsystems, Mr. Davis was the Chief Technology Officer for TranSend International, Inc., where he was responsible for the architecture and development of their on-line security products. Prior to TranSend, Mr. Davis was the principal designer of the SmartCash system for EPS, (Electronic Payment Services), and worked closely with Gemplus to develop the Multi-Application Purse Card Operating System (MPCOS) for Smart Cards and the End-to-End Security Scheme used in that system. Mr. Davis was also the Chief Architect for the CardTouch System, a secure transaction processing system that processed Card Based Stored Value and Host Based Stored Value transactions. Mr. Davis served as Director of Engineering, Controller Products Division of IDEA Courier, and operated his own consulting practice, specializing in security and performance for data communication and operating systems. Clients included Honeywell, ITT Courier and Motorola. Mr. Davis graduated with honors from the American Institute of Technology, majoring in Computer Science. |

Steven E. Smith, Director of Product Marketing has over 20 years experience in leading edge technology companies, with a track record of developing successful product marketing strategies. For the past 12 years he has focused on security products in the Financial Services industries. Prior to joining Clareity, Mr. Smith was president of an executive consulting practice he founded in 2002, to provide business and corporate development services to technology companies. He has successfully developed channel reseller relationships, partnerships and endorsements with major corporations including: American Express, Visa International, MasterCard International, First Data Corp, Fisher Controls (now Emerson Process Management), Telus Communications, Gemplus, Axalto, BASF and others. Prior to 2002, Mr. Smith was Senior VP Product Marketing and VP of Engineering for Touch Technology, Inc., a developer of software security solutions for electronic payment systems. Prior to TTI, Mr. Smith co-founded Triplex, Inc., a supplier of computer-based safety shutdown systems for industrial processes. He holds a BS degree in Engineering from California State University, Northridge. |

Hugh McDonald, Senior Vice President of Sales has over 20 years executive experience in the financial services industry, most recently holding the position of Vice President, Financial Institution Sales, Debit Services with First Data Corp. Mr. McDonald was Vice President Financial Institution Sales, Eastern Region with Concord EFS prior to their merger with First Data Corp. While at Concord, he managed sales teams responsible for existing revenue streams of $ 15 million, while building new revenues by as much as $ 5 million annually, and exceeding goals by over 50%. He also helped to initiate and consummate strategic acquisitions. Prior to Concord, Mr. McDonald held senior level sales positions with Electronic Payment Services (EPS Inc.) and their predecessor, Money Access Services (MAC), where he was responsible for producing long term ATM services contracts with several blue chip clients.
Mr. McDonald has received numerous recognitions for outstanding sales performance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia, PA.

Thomas H. Tidball, Senior Vice President of Technical Sales Support has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry, most recently holding the position of Vice President, non-traditional Sales, with First Data Corp. Previously, Mr. Tidball was Vice President, Strategic Sales with Concord EFS prior to their merger with First Data Corp. managing a staff that focused on identifying and building new revenue streams. While at Concord, he was instrumental in Concord’s entry into the prepaid card market. Prior to Concord, Mr. Tidball held senior level positions with Electronic Payment Services (EPS Inc.) and their predecessor, Money Access Services (MAC), where he helped build the MAC network into one of the largest regional networks. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Widener University, Chester, PA. |

Matt Cohen, Chief Technology Officer, has over a decade of experience in business systems technology and has been with Clareity since 1996. Originally, as a part of Clareity's Real Estate Services Group, Mr. Cohen worked with most of the top regional MLSs, MLS software vendors, large brokers and a wide variety of other companies that service the real estate industry, brining these organizations together to develop successful and secure IT solutions for the industry. Clareity has been providing security services to the industry since 1998, when it produced the "Law & Order in Information Commerce" conference. "Law and Order" was the first security-oriented educational event for the real estate industry. Since that time, Cohen has spoken at many conferences, workshops and leadership retreats around the country on security related topics. His security articles are widely read and reprinted in dozens of association and MLS magazines. Cohen created and spearheaded Clareity's Information Security Assessment service. |

Paul Hethmon, Chief Software Architect, brings thirteen years of software development experience to Clareity. Prior to Clareity Security, Mr. Hethmon worked at MarketLinx Solutions as a senior developer and project manager, helping grow the company from one client with 5000 users to over 20 clients and 200,000 users. He has an extensive background in internet standards including chairing the IETF FTPEXT working group and co-authoring RFC's updating the FTP standard. Hethmon has authored one book, Illustrated Guide to HTTP (Manning Press, 1997). He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. |

Amy Geddes, Chief Operating Officer, brings to Clareity over ten years of management experience, including seven years as the Director and Chief Staff Executive of Intermountain Multiple Listing Service in Boise, ID. Ms. Geddes was responsible for driving a regionalization initiative during her tenure which grew the MLS from 1700 to 3500 members . She has extensive experience in business technologies and has managed numerous system conversions including planning, implementation, training and support. Previously, Geddes was the Accounting and Information Systems Director for a large behavioral health company and provided financial and business consulting services to other small behavioral health organizations. Geddes has a degree in e-business from Eastern Oregon University. |
